Application by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 6, 2007, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated February 13, 2008, as conditioned a stay upon his perfection of the appeal by March 14, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the decision and order on motion dated February 13, 2008, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "March 14, 2007," and substituting therefor the date "April 4, 2008."
