Application by Kim Marie Domilici, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 19, 2003, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Kim Domilici Rutan.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Kim Marie Domilici to Kim Domilici Rutan, effective immediately.
