Motion by the Law Guardian to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 16, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the Law Guardian's brief submitted to the Clerk of the court is accepted for filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until March 24, 2008, and the reply brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
