DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to vacate an opinion and order on motion of this court dated June 19, 1995, which disbarred him from the practice of law based on 10 charges of professional misconduct. By order dated September 26, 1995, leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals was denied. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on November 26, 1980.

Upon the papers submitted in support of the motion and the papers submitted in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
