| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellant-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 25, 2007.
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant-respondent's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until April 14, 2008, and the joint record or appendix on appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellant-respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-appellants shall serve and file their answering briefs, including their points of argument on the cross appeals, on or before May 19, 2008 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents Kline Iron and Steel Co., Inc., and American Steel Erectors, Inc., shall serve an file a brief in response to the briefs of the appellant-respondent, and the respondents-appellants TDX Construction and Gilbane Building Company shall serve and file a brief in response to the cross appeal of the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation on or before June 24, 2008; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant-respondent shall serve and file his reply brief on or before July 29, 2008; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-appellants shall serve and file their reply briefs on or before August 18, 2008.
