Application by the respondents County of Nassau and Incorporated Village of Valley Stream pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 24, 2007.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the movants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 14, 2008, and the movants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
