| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 6, 2007, and November 14, 2007, respectively, and an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated December 27, 2007, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated January 31, 2008, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order and judgment dated December 27, 2007, inter alia, upon its perfection of that appeal on or before March 3, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this court dated January 31, 2008, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "March 3, 2008," and substituting therefor the date "March 10, 2008."
