Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Del Atwell, dated February 26, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be and the same hereby is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered January 8, 2008 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date March 7, 2008 and inserting in place thereof the date May 16, 2008.
