ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated March 17, 2008, in the above-entitled case, which determined a motion by the respondents, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered July 11, 2007, is amended by adding thereto after the third decretal paragraph the following decretal paragraph:
"ORDERED that on the court's own motion the appellant's brief is stricken and the appellant shall serve and file a replacement brief on or before April 14, 2008; and it is further,"
