On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated February 25, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which determined a motion by the respondent, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 18, 2007, is amended by deleting from the recital paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto," and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto".
