| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both dated October 2, 2007. Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the motion and application are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the parties shall serve and file 10 copies of the record on appeal and the briefs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until June 9, 2008, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
