DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Naomi Palmer-Cardona from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part), both dated November 29, 2007. By order to show cause dated February 20, 2008, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled proceeding for failure to comply with a scheduling order dated January 9, 2008, issued pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.4(a)(2).

Now, on the court's own motion, and upon the certificate of continued eligibility for poor person relief filed by assigned counsel for the appellant on February 28, 2008, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
