Motion by the appellant for a preference in the calendaring of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both entered March 13, 2007, two judgments of the same court entered May 23, 2007, and July 13, 2007, respectively, and an order of the same court dated July 23, 2007.
