Motion by Steven Banks for leave to amend a notice of appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 20, 2007, under Superior Court Information No.1411/06, so that the notice of appeal is also deemed to be a notice of appeal from a judgment of the same court also rendered June 20, 2007, under Docket No. 2005KN041804, and to transfer an appeal from the judgment rendered June 20, 2007, under Docket No. 2005KN041804, pending in the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, to this court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
