Defendant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken from the judgments of Niagara County Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Niagara on March 29, 2007 and November 27, 2006, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Maria A. Massaro, sworn to March 11, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be and the same hereby is granted, and the appeals from the judgments entered March 29, 2007 and November 11, 2006 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that appellant perfect the appeals on or before May 23, 2008, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
