Motion by the appellants on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 9, 2007, and an order of the same court dated March 5, 2008, to confirm that an automatic stay, pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(1), is in effect, or, in the alternative, to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pursuant to CPLR 5519(c) pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
