DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the children to be relieved of an assignment to represent the children on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated September 24, 2007, and for the assignment of new counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the attorney for the children, Randi L. Karmel, 425 Park Avenue, 27th Floor, New York, New York 11201, is relieved from representing the children on the appeals; and it is further,

ORDERED that said counsel is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the children:
