Motion by the attorney for the child to be relieved from representing the child on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated October 19, 2007, and to assign a new attorney.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic as the appeal was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this court dated March 13, 2008.
