Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered November 10, 2005, for leave to reargue that branch of his prior motion which was for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated September 4, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
