ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated March 25, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which determined a motion to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 24, 2008, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof Appellate Division Docket No. "2007-01464," and substituting therefor Appellate Division Docket No. "2008-01464".
