Motion by the appellant for the law firm of White & Case LLP, 1155 Avenue of Americas, New York, New York 10036, to be assigned as pro-bono of counsel to represent him jointly with Steven Banks, Esq., The Legal Aid Society, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 7, 2006.
