| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of stated portions of a judgment of divorce and a money judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both entered September 11, 2007, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the judgment of divorce as awarded maintenance arrears in the sum of $43,470 is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and the motion is otherwise denied.
