| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant-respondent for leave to file an addendum to its reply brief on appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated September 25, 2007, and a judgment of the same court entered October 23, 2007. Cross motion by the respondent-appellant, inter alia, to vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated November 20, 2007, which stayed enforcement of certain provisions of the order dated September 25, 2007, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and cross motion are denied.
