Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings to adopt the subject children, pending in the Family Court, Suffolk County, under Docket Nos. A-158/07, A-159/07, and A-160/07, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated February 11, 2008.
