Motion by the appellant's assigned counsel for leave to file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered December 15, 2004.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before May 16, 2008, the appellant shall serve and file the supplemental brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before July 15, 2008, the respondent shall serve and file one brief in response to assigned counsel's main brief and assigned counsel's supplemental brief.
