Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to enjoin the respondent New York State Volunteer Fireman's Parade & Drill Team Captain's Association, Inc., from enforcing Rule 7.01E pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 20, 2007.
