DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Separate motions by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated March 28, 2006, (1) for leave to file exhibits to his brief and (2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for leave to file exhibits to the brief is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until April 28, 2008, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
