DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered December 8, 2006, under Indictment No. 2581/05, in effect, to amend a decision and order on motion of this court dated July 6, 2007, granting his motion pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take the appeal, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel, to reflect that the appellant also seeks that relief with respect to two judgments of the same court, also rendered December 8, 2006, under Superior Court Information Nos. 453/06 and 2036/06.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this court dated July 6, 2007, is deemed amended.
