DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for an enlargement of time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered September 14, 2006, and to direct that he provided with presentence reports and certain other material to prepare for a hearing before the New York State Board of Parole.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for an enlargement of time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before June 30, 2008; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct that he provided with presentence reports and certain other material is denied without prejudice to seeking this relief in the County Court, Suffolk County.
