Petitioner having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person on the proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Orleans on January 17, 2008, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Gary Andrew Kopy sworn to
February 24, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion for poor person relief be, and the same hereby is, dismissed as unnecessary, and the motion is otherwise denied, and
It is further ORDERED that petitioner shall file and serve briefs pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.8 on or before May 15, 2008, and
It is further ORDERED that respondents shall file and serve briefs on or before
June 30, 2008, and
