Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the judgment of Niagara County Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Niagara on December 8, 2005,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Noemi Fernandez-Hiltz, sworn to March 12, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be and the same hereby is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered January 14, 2008 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date March 14, 2008 and inserting in place thereof the date July 14, 2008.
