Now upon reading and filing the affidavits of Hector Fuentes, sworn to February 28, 2008 and March 10, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the letter of James P. Maxwell, dated March 3, 2008 and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be, and the same hereby is, granted to the extent that the Clerk is directed to accept the amended Point II submitted to this Court on March 3, 2008 for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that the attached Exhibits A-D attached to the amendment are hereby stricken, and
