Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the judgment of Monroe County Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on December 22, 2004 and the appeal taken from the order of Monroe County Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on April 5, 2007, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Kathleen P. Reardon, sworn to February 19, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the letter of Jessica Birkahn Housel, dated February 21, 2008, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be and the same hereby is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 28, 2007 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date March 28, 2008 and inserting in place thereof the date July 1, 2008, and.
It is further ORDERED that the motion be and the same hereby is granted and the appeals from the judgment entered December 22, 2004 and the order entered April 5, 2007 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
