DECISION

On the court's own motion, defendant's notice of appeal from the judgment rendered June 9, 2005 is deemed an application pursuant to CPL 460.30 for leave to file a late notice of appeal from the judgment rendered June 9, 2005 and the amended judgment rendered April 19, 2006 (see CPL 460.10 [6]), and the application is granted (see People v Fonseca, 213 AD2d 671 [1995]).
