DECISION

On the court's own motion, motion and cross motion by appellants returnable February 14, 2008, and motion by respondent returnable February 26, 2008 are hereby consolidated for purposes of disposition.

Motion by appellant Connexion Real Estate and that branch of the cross motion by appellant William Anderson for an enlargement of time to perfect appeals are granted and appeals shall be perfected by June 6, 2008.

That branch of the cross motion to deem the minutes of the appeals settled pursuant to the New York City Civil Court Act 1704 (a) for purposes of prosecuting the appeals is granted.

Motion by respondent to dismiss appeals is denied.

Ordered that in the event the appeals are not perfected on or before June 6, 2008, the court on its own motion, may dismiss the appeals, or the respondent may apply to dismiss the appeals on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
