Motion by William J. Collado, Esq., inter alia, to be relieved from representing the respondent on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, all dated November 2, 2006, which were determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated October 2, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be relieved is denied as unnecessary as William J. Collado, Esq., was not retained to represent the respondent for the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
