Court's Motion to Relieve Counsel
of Assignment and to Assign New
Counsel - Family Court

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 31, 2007, is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in action to new counsel herein assigned.

ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the Clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
