Motion by the appellant to hold in abeyance an appeal an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 16, 2007, pending determination by the Family Court, Kings County, of his motion, inter alia, for a de novo suppression hearing.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeal is held in abeyance pending determination of the appellant's motion, inter alia, for a de novo suppression hearing, and the appellant shall notify this court when the Family Court, Kings County, determines the motion.
