111-113 Dev. Assoc., LP v Bakayoko, Zoumana

It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting the warrant of eviction to be executed after June 10, 2008. This is to afford the appellant a final opportunity to perfect the appeal for the next available term from the October 22, 2007 order of the Civil Court and thereafter, request a continuation of the stay beyond June 10, 2008, if so advised. Accruing use and occupancy is to be tendered to the petitioner on each subsequent rental due date. Otherwise, the landlord may renew this application to vacate the stay on five days' notice.
