| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioner-appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 21, 2008, to continue the remand of the child Domynque F. to its care and custody, to continue the order of protection in favor of the child Domynque F., and to continue its supervision over the nonparty Joyce C. with respect to the children Deyon C. and Jordan C., pending hearing and determination of appeals from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the order dated March 21, 2008, is stayed, the care and custody of the child Domynque F. is continued with the petitioner-appellant, the order of protection in favor of the child Domynque F. is continued, and the petitioner-appellant's supervision over the nonparty Joyce C. with respect to the children Deyon C. and Jordan C. is continued, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
