| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the Children's Rights Society, attorney for the children, to be relieved, and for the assignment of counsel to represent the children on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated November 20, 2007, and two orders of the same court, both dated January 18, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to relieve the Children's Rights Society with respect to the appeals docketed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-01236 and 2008-01238, and for the assignment of counsel to represent the children on those appeals are denied as academic on the ground that those appeals were dismissed by decision and order on motion dated March 7, 2008; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to relieve the Children's Rights Society with respect to the appeal docketed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-01240, and for the assignment of counsel to represent the children on that appeal, are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Children's Rights Society, 213 West Main Street, P.O. Box 1002, Goshen, New York 10924, is directed to turn over all papers in the proceeding to the new attorney for the children herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the children with respect to the appeal docketed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-01240:
