DECISION AND ORDER
ON MOTION


Motion for consolidation of appeals and, pursuant to Family Court Act § 1114 (b), for stay pending appeal.

Applications for poor person relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the applications, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for consolidation is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for a stay pending appeal is referred to Presiding Justice Cardona, who makes the following decision: Motion denied, without costs. It is further

ORDERED that the applications for permission to proceed as a poor person are granted, without costs. The appeals may be perfected in accordance with section 800.13 of the Rules of Practice (22 NYCRR 800.13). Theodore J. Stein, Esq., P.O. Box 27, Woodstock, New York 12498, is assigned to represent appellant upon these appeals pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120. The Clerk of the Family Court of Columbia County is directed to furnish to appellant's counsel one copy of the transcripts of the stenographic minutes of all proceedings in the matters, except those portions which appellant's counsel or the Family Court determines are unnecessary for perfection of the appeals, and to forward the other copies to the Clerk of this Court pursuant to section 800.4 (c) of the Rules of Practice (22 NYCRR 800.4 [c]), and it is further

ORDERED that counsel's time to perfect the appeals is extended to May 19, 2008.
