ORDERED that the scheduling order of this court dated April 3, 2008, in the above-entitled matter is recalled and vacated, and the following scheduling order is substituted therefor:
Separate appeals by Angelica Marie C. and John R. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 15, 2007. The appellants' separate briefs were filed in the office of the Clerk of this court on February 22, 2008. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is
