Motion by the respondent pro se on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, both dated August 30, 2007, for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew on or before May 5, 2008, upon proper papers, including the respondent's affidavit setting forth the respondent's full financial situation including all assets, both real and personal, as well as any and all sources of income and expenses.
