DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered November 15, 2005, for leave to file copies of certain documents that have been compared with the originals filed with the Supreme Court, Queens County, or to relieve assigned counsel and to assign new counsel so the new counsel can subpoena those documents. Cross motion by the respondent, in effect, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's supplemental pro se brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's supplemental pro se brief is enlarged until June 16, 2008, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
