Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered February 15, 2006, to enlarge the judgment roll to include certain documents.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary with respect to the transcripts of the plea and sentencing proceedings and the letter dated December 2, 2005; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
