Motion by the appellant on an appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered August 3, 2007, as denied his application for a writ of habeas corpus, for leave to reargue those branches of his motion which were to waive the filing fee and for free transcripts, which were determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated December 14, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
