Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Thomas J. Eoannou dated March 26, 2008, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the letter of Michael J. Hillery dated March 28, 2008, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be and the same hereby is granted to the extent that the stay granted by Justice Peradotto is extended on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before June 10, 2008.
