DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for an enlargement of time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered December 5, 2005, and to be provided with a copy of the application for a search warrant.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for an enlargement of time to serve and file the supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before June 16, 2008; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be provided with a copy of the application for a search warrant is granted to the extent that the District Attorney shall file the application for a search warrant with the Clerk of this Court, for in camera review, and it shall remain sealed upon delivery, and the motion is otherwise denied.
