ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the Incorporated Village of Malverne, Anthony Panzarella, Donald Pupke, Joseph Hennessy, Patricia McDonald, James Callahan, and Claire Sallie pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2), in effect, to enlarge their time to perfect an appeal as appellants-respondents on an appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 3, 2007.

ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the movants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until May 27, 2008, and the joint record or appendix on the appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the movants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that Raymond Garrigan shall serve and file an answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal, in accordance with the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
